I always feel welcome. If something I bought breaks for any reason, it is always replaced no questions asked. Staff is always ready to help...they even help me out to my car with my purchase.

Love coming in the store to look around even if I don't need bird food. Great selection of merchandise for birds and for fun.

The store is is beautiful. Its highlights are the gardens, artwork, and seasonal decoration. The birdseed and suets are excellent quality. The staff are exceptionally helpful.

We love to talk with the staff about the birds in the area, Find out whose passing through and what they eating on. Things normally not found in a book. Also they always have neat items for sale.
