By every measurable or perceived experience, this store has always rated a top score in every category. Fair enough?

Everything went very smoothly and I am missing only the cage for my new tube feeder since it was out of stock at the moment. I have been told it will be available within the nest few days, and that is fine with me. Communications about this were very satisfactory and I have no concerns.

Love looking at all the inventory of critter related products. Especially appreciate the loyalty program.

I live at a distance from the store and used to have to call in. It's much easier to order online since, although I very much enjoy talking with the staff they are often busy when I call. The selection is great, the shipping is fast and the online shopping process is easy. The only thing I wish I could do is purchase some of the fun things the store carries that are not official WBU merchandise. But that's a small thing and I will visit the store whenever I am in the area. I love this WBU store!

Great customer service from beginning to end! When I arrived at the store, they were out of what I was looking for but offered to deliver the next day when they expected more. They called the next day when they couldn’t deliver and said it would be delivered the following day. The next day my order was delivered to my door.

I’m always highly satisfied when I shop at WBU in Gardiner, WA. The owners and staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I love the merchandise selection.

The salesperson actually made up a bag of seed for me when they did not have any in stock. That is great service!
