Store not close to home

I have shopped this store for several years. Always received a discount. The new owner has decided not to honor the system the previous owner used. Very disappointed in that decision!

while entering the store with my service dog I was attacked by one of the cars and received a 4 inch gash on my right leg. I had to ask for a bandage because it was bleeding. My service dog had to stay in a hot car because of the cats. I wasn't even offered a discount, they just tried to sell me a membership. I have nothing against cats but when my service dog can't enter the store with me, I wasn't happy about this. I will probably not return to the store again.

Not enough characters to type this. I'm done. It was not a good experience and I was treated badly. No excuse!

was told I would get a gift on renewal of membership but did not receive it

Check out took far too long. Woman at counter kept talking, and cashier had her order rung up. She was trying to upsale on a membership. It took about 10 mins (or more) to get her out the door. There was no offer to set her aside or ring me up while I was waiting. I am unhappy I was in a closed environment with other people for so long during this period. I am however grateful for all the precautions you are taking.

When I come into the store, I often just want to browse and see what's available and what products might be new. The staff are on customers like a duck on a June bug. It is hard to feel comfortable shopping with someone questioning me every few seconds. I would be likely to buy more if they would leave me alone and let me shop. If I have questions, I will certainly ask. Also, some items were on a table marked 50% off, but when I asked about them, someone came out of the back room and removed the sign. That is just careless and shoddy attention to the store. I like the products at this store and will keep coming in, but it's annoying to feel set upon from the moment I enter the premises.

I have been shopping here for years, buying the same thing. It has gone up from approximately $41 tax included, to $51, to now $58. I can no. longer afford to feed. the birds.

The HOT circular birdseed with meal worms was sold out.
