Wild Birds Unlimited

I am generally put off when I feel that I am being monitored in a store. The staff at this store tend to be a little too attentive. Also, I normally get a little bag of seed for Christmas morning when I shop in December. It's not a big deal that I didn't get my Christmas seed, as I can do it myself, but it was a disappointment. That's a nice little touch at Christmas.

The visit met my expectations and there was nothing exceptional about the transactional process.

I have been a customer of wild Birds for at least ten years + however only 1or2 of that time a Club member! I am presently not a member, as a fixed income individual, the Bird seed is costly enough without the extra yearly fee. I continue to receive e-mails about savings, only to be told, it only applies to CLUB members, so please send it to only members! The quality of the seed has deteriorated, find many sticks and other things inside!

Product had gone up in price

I went specifically for the large bag of black oil sunflower seeds but they were out of them. I only had about a day's worth left at home so I had to purchase the more expensive seed. They explained to me that they were having a hard time getting it from the manufacturer so I should call before I come the next time since I do not live nearby.

I am satisfied, I couldn't buy as much as I wanted due to limited inventory...not the fault of the store, just weather

i needed a mounting bracket to mount the bird feeder that i purchased on a 4x4 post, there were none in stock.

I didn't realize satisfied wasn't appropriate. I love the store and shop there every other week usually

I have been buying the 20 lb bags of no mess for years. I love it. The birds love it. But in the last year every bag of no mess is full of bugs. When I open a bag all these light colored winged bugs fly out of the bag! It's disgusting. Never happen before! I do not like it. I'm trying to find another source just because I really dislike these bugs. I store my seed in my garage and so all these bugs are loose in my garage and who knows if they're in the house or not! Please fix this!
