They are super nice and helpful. I love the cats and they love me! So glad we found your store. We have lots of wildlife we are feeding and they love your food. The deer like it as much at the birds, squirrels, chipmunks and now the skunk.

I was offered a recipe and declined. I had recently received an email that said I was a few dollars away from a Bird Bucks reward but the employee that was working didn’t mention this at the time of purchase and I’m not sure if I got my Bucks reward for my next purchase.

The main reason being the price is too high. The product changed from what I was used to. For instance the butter bark bits are very tiny. Before they were larger and worked in my feeders better. Single pack suet cakes are priced so high they will be hard to purchase. They almost doubled in price for one. I do like the decor and gifty merchandise. There is a nicer variety of hard line products. Also we used to get a free 10 lb bag on our birthdays and that's been taken away. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The price just keeps going up may be forced to search for a cheaper source

Need more affordable options for large orders

The prices are high and with EVERYTHING being s expensive now I have to buy my seed elsewhere :(
