I have been shopping at WBU since 2005/2006? when you were on East Brainerd Rd next to the Post Office. Always great knowledgeable staff. Your bird seed is always fresh. I have never bought a product that was not well made. Thank you for being open during this pandemic using safe measures.

I absolutely love this place! Since first finding it, EVERYTHING about it here is awesome. I went from having jujustor 3 birds eating from my feeders to more than I can count! The quality of the food has spoiled my outside friends and the staff is so very knowledgeable and helpful and always happy to help. Thanks for everything!!

Bird food was delivered to correct address. Although bag was broken, the delivery person said they will replace missing bird seed with next order.

The clerk was empathetic when I said I was buying a hummingbird feeder because mine had been stolen. The only problem was the size I wanted was not in stock. I bought a larger one.

I love the store, the employees, the merchandise, and the "little extras" there. Everyone is so knowledgeable and willing to give suggestions if you pose a scenario. They go out of their way for all of their customers.

Orders placed online are so quickly handled and packaged so carefully. I've used them for months now, since the pandemic started, and I couldn't be happier. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
