Very easy to always get the same place, same nice people familiar with what I like. Although several times I have seen moths or some insect inside bagged seeds!

Been buying bird feed, etc. there for many years. Have consistently had courteous assistance and very helpful. Carried bags of bird seed etc., to my car which was very helpful. Plan to always buy there.

Best bird food in town. Like your gift merchandise. Good displays. Like your cats!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and it's always nice to see the store cats! The food is fresh and my finches love the finch blend. I also love that the little birds, cardinals and doves love the nutrisaff but the blackbirds don't!

Friendly service. I received a nice scooper for joining rewards club. My birdseed was carried to my car for me.

The employees are extremely knowledgeable. If I’ve any questions, they are determined to find answers. Their devotion to customer satisfaction is rare in this day & age. I know that sometimes it’s not the cheapest way to feed my birds... but it is the highest quality way to respectfully encourage the health & growth of our wildlife populations. Having said that, it is very Hugh quality & quite affordable. I love WBU ..., even during our lowest point in the economy, I felt that shopping at WBU was a priority.

Walked in picked up what I came for. I also received double points on my purchase. This gave me enough points for a $10 reward.
