Everything was like clockwork.

Tiffany and Angelica were helpful, knowledgeable and so friendly. I came in to purchase birdseed for my home bound elderly Dad and when I left I had 2 new friends!! Seriously, I don't know if I've ever had such great customer service anywhere - they treated me like family. I had visited the store a few weeks earlier with my Dad's broken feeder and Tiffany and Star fixed me right up - Tiffany even delivered it on her way home because he lived close and I had to work late that night. My dad has always loved his birds and watching them out his kitchen window makes him happy! Truly one of the best experiences I have had and I am thankful to have met these sweet ladies.

They know the most about birds and almost everyone feeds bird themselves.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. and right now with the health concerns they are very careful to keep everything clean and sanitized.

My husband is high risk, so we've been quarantined during most of this pandemic. Wild Birds Unlimited delivery services and online ordering has proved to be so easy and allows us to enjoy one of our most enjoyable hobbies, of bird watching. Thank you for providing such great service and being such a high point in this stressful time.
