I am recognized as a regular customer and greeted cheerfully, always. Staff is always ready with an alternate if something is out of stock. Transactions are quick, accurate. Cats are always a pleasant distraction as well! :D

I looked for some socks for my husband who is going on a ski trip soon, but was unable to find snuggly ones for apres ski. But it was after Christmas and selection was limited, so I shouldn't have waited so late. I LOVE this store - there are always interesting and new items to browse, as well as the stand-by food and food-delivery products for the birds. As always, the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
