The birds that visit my feeders LOVE the WBU seed and other products. If I have to stop at a hardware store for worms or suet they don't eat that food as fast. I love the selection of food, feeders, and gifts in this WBU store.

What a wonderful shop! The merchandise appears to be quality-made and is fun to look at. The selection in which to choose from whether it be feeders, houses, seed/food, or gifts is fantastic. That’s all good and important but what especially stood out to me was the customer service. Joe and Jud were a true delight. Welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, personable…a big part of wanting to go back is because of how I was treated by them. Seriously. You could have a store full of beautiful product but if the people who work there are not friendly chances are I would not return and instead purchase from another online retailer. I could not be more pleased with my overall experience at Wild Birds Unlimited in Chattanooga. It was my first visit and I am a true fan.

when the new management/owner took over it was not a very friendly atmosphere. now the manager and sales person where very friendly and helpful, the environment felt inviting. It was nice to see and experience that.

Love the knowledge and friendliness of the employees at this store. They are always very helpful. And I love the variety of merchandise they have.
