The staff is knowledgable, friendly, helpful and carry my purchase to my vehicle. The products are of the highest quality and readily available. The store is clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

I appreciate a store where I can get information & supplies for the birds. I live in the woods & I take care of the birds all year long. I belong to their VIP bunch & am able to recognize great value.

The staff were very friendly and work with me on the sale. I have a membership with the Knoxville store already and I come down here to visit family periodically. This was the first time I have visited this store. Is there any chance of getting some kind of extra add on to my current membership to use it here. I don’t live here but sometimes visit. Thank you.
