Friendly, helpful staff and management, good selection, convenient location

Selection and staff are great. It's nice to talk with staff about my experience with the birds that we feed. They usually have a story too about their experience as well.

Everything was great but I'd miss being able to use my ladt coupon because of "stuff" and right after this visit, I got another discount card in mail.

Staff is always friendly and knows their merchandise. I went looking to replace an old, expensive bird feeder due to a broken piece and they told me I didn’t need a new one - I could just purchase a replacement piece. They handled the whole thing - took the feeder apart and installed the new part. Excellent service!
