Very courteous staff, reminded me that I had a free 5pound bag of bird seed because of my birthday. The fact that the store remembers my birthday by giving me a free 5 pound bag of seed.

Wild Birds staff always greet me in a friendly manner; the store has the birdseed that I like to buy; and the staff helps bring the heavy bags of seed to my car.

A week ago, I had been in the process of checking out when the store's computer system went down. I left my purchases in one of my reusable shopping bags, then forgot to return to check out for nearly a week. When I finally returned, the store staff went above and beyond to help me. They finally located my bag/products to purchase but not before suggesting some other ways to assist me. I was very happy with my visit to the store.

I have been a loyal customer since their opening. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. During the Covid Shutdown this store instituted an "order-on-line/ pickup at store" system. The system worked well. This store seems to be well managed.
