Staff is great and inventory is comprehensive and interesting. I appreciated the educational aspects and the store's ties to the local birding and rehab groups. I love this store.

I absolutely love this Wild Birds Ann Arbor store. It's always full of interesting and useful and fun things to engage with birds and other wildlife. Great staff, always very helpful and knowledgeable about bird topics and birds. Staff clarified issues and addressed my concerns about feeding birds last year when there was news about bird-related illness. I actually like to linger and wander, because I find it a relaxing place to be. They often play bird song CDs and they have a webcam to the Cornell lab - these people love birds and wildlife! And I've always felt that this love and interest is why they have this shop or why they work there. Yes, it's a business but a vocation too. I could buy birdseed and bird gear anywhere in Ann Arbor, but I only go to Wild Birds, because of the staff, the quality of the merchanise, and the experience of being there.

love the folks that work there! so helpful and knowledgable. they even don't mind my barking young dog! very kind! also, this time we had a member coupon, so it was like walking away with a prize! (suet balls for woodpeckers!)

Easy to order Rapid delivery I usually go to the store in person, but every once in a while, when I’m pressed for time, I greatly appreciate the delivery option!
