Pandora have good customer service and they are nice with us and I have bought a nice things for my girlfriend and she loves them so much and the customer service is really good they know what to do and they have to good prices for some of them.

Ms Sheila was AMAZING. Wouldnt hesitate to hire her away from Pandora if i had a spot for her currently. From sales, to service, to personality, first hand product experience, the DOs and DONTs... and the kicker? with every dialog, every turn through the process, and every proposed avenue to meet my requests, she was setting the stage to increase the sale. fast forward 45 minutes and it wasnt until I checked out at the register did i realize she turned my anticipated $250 trip / gift purchase into a $550 Gift Purchase, and she had me leave with a satisfied smile, feeling like there was no other logical option but that for the requirements i laid out. While driving away it hit me... gradually lured me in... set the hook and BAM....... BRILLIANT! My Wife couldnt be happier.

Ms. Dwana M. acknowledged my daughter and I when we entered the store and advised us that she would be with us shortly. Once she finished with her customer, she proceeded to assist us and provided superb customer service from start to finish. Great personality and not only in tune to the merchandise, but very in tune to meeting the likes of her customer.
