This visit was the day before Mother's Day and the staff was very busy. The staff was patient and cordial. The salesperson was very helpful.

When I first came in the store it did take about 3 minutes for some one help me. They was very helpful though and I will be going back to get more things.

I’m highly satisfied with my experience at this store because the manager and her two associates, Raven S & Tameka T are friendly, kind, knowledgeable, listen well and calls me by my name and that’s the type of service we need in all stores. Thanks Pandora for having and hiring a great team at the Renaissance Colony Park Store.

The associate knew exactly what to do. She made the process very simply. I also simply loved the smile she showcased as she checked me out. It was very memorable.

Tamekia was the only one that greeted us and that was until still came from the backroom of the store. She was patient and gave knowledge of the merchandise at hand.
