Customer service is off the chain. The staff acknowledge you as you entire the store. Always smiling and willing to help. Prices are reasonable I mostly try to catch items when there is a sale going on. I have been on a journey to cover my charm bracelet. I have three different types of bracelets. The only one I am not excited about is the on that has chain hanging down. It seems to slip alot and makes me feel like the bracelet is going to come off. I love that when I go to different states and countries I can get a charm representing the place I am visiting.
