The The manager and Amber was prejudice they around professional very rude didn’t care about customer service I’ve been a Pandora customer for years and I didn’t like the service that she gave me and I waited in a store for almost an hour is she coming and being very rude and see if the district manager knew the story so she’s going to support her

This visit was to get myself a butterfly ring for Mothers Days. It was a specific ring that my daughter and I had since while shopping a couple of weeks ago. I could not locate the ring on my own and had to wait for assistance from sales associates whom were not at all friendly. I finally had to get the salespersons attention and show her the ring I was looking for from a magazine. She had to ask another sales associate if they had it and where it was. Finally they found it and showed to me as well as a few others. I having never purchased a Pandora jewelry product before asked what kind of jewelry it was and if it was gold. The associate seemed to be taken back at the question and was extremely rude with her comments about the warranty, etc. I explained I did not own any others and still she was rude and completely unfriendly. In the end I purchased the ring because I had fallen in love with it, but the visit was horrid and completely unacceptable behavior was exhibited. I had to come purchase my own present because my Husband and Daughter had come the day before and he was completely disrespected and ignored to the point that they ended up walking out vowing not to return.

I had to return one of the rings that we bought on Memorial City, Houston, Tx at La Centerra, katy, Tx The associate was so indifferent with the fact the ring was broken and trying to tell me that I can’t return it and change it for another one. In fact, she with her gestures and words implicated that I am doing something not legal. It was so embarrassing and I don’t want to buy anything more in your store. An associate must be nice, kind and respectful with any customer. I believe that the fact I am Latin locks the associate’s ability to give me a good service. NO NICE!
