I was not satisfied with the manager at this location, she was extremely rude. The sales associate on the other hand, was very friendly & helpful. If it were up to just me returning based off the manager, I would never return to this location, I believe her name was Amber.

The sales associate/store manager Amber doesn’t seem very trustworthy. She also helped me during mother’s day 2019 and she made the same mistake this time that she did last time. Personally I believe once can be a coincidence...but twice is a pattern.

Store was a mess Associate was rude and not helpful. Would not clean my bracelet. She just handed us trays of charms to look at as she ignored us.

I use to buy Pandora online, but this time I need it next day so I go to the store I person. The staff having some kind of attitude that make me feel uncomfortable and unhappy. She even didn’t know the necklace can go though the charm... she finally smile after I paid for the Disney bangle.

Technology was too slow, second time at that location and there was problems with the laptops and finishing my checkout. The software and technology is causing problems for completing purchases. Fix it and make my experience better please!

The sales person amber was extremely rude and rushing us when looking and when we asked about checking sizes for rings to see what size I was, she just looked annoyed. Definitely felt like she didn’t want to help us

When I went into the store, the associate was not knowledgeable at all. There were also moments I asked her questions and she flat out lied. I asked her if there were more charms to choose from online since the store did not have a very big selection and she said no you are only able to purchase what is in store. She was extremely pushy when I repeatedly told her I was done looking and wanted to check out. She kept bringing things I told her I didn’t want. I was in a hurry, when I told her I need to leave, I just want one charm, she had an attitude with me.

I was not told that gift cards are not returnable. They waited for me to make the purchase to tell me and I was given incorrect info on how to resolve it. Pretty much I was scammed!

The lady assisting me was disinterested in assisting me. My 2st purchase from Pandora & my last from that location. I'm a HR Manger and this associate seems to need diversity training. I'm a professional woman of color and I watched her prior to her assisting me and was very disheartened and disappointed with her service.
