Manager was on a conference call and the sales associate was new in the position. He asked her for help several times to no avail. Business calls should be conducted before business opens to customers. The other two customers ended up leaving. I had picked out all my charms but the proper chain could not be located in under the counter stock. The manager suggested that the new sales associate go to all displays and attempt to find the proper size/length there. The SALES ASSOCIATE was just wonderful and did his very best. We finally worked through the displays to find the right one. But it took over an hour. I highly commend the sales associate for his determination to learn. The management was very inadequate.

Took about 30minutes to order charm I wanted iPad kept timing out before all information could be entered. Tried another iPad, finally after many attempts order processed. Ladies were very apologetic and didn't give up.

I am satisfied with the store. But dissatisfied on the quality of the product. Not even 24 hours after did a stone fall off. I had to go back and return it the same week. That’s a waste of my gas and time for something I paid $80 for.

A ring I wanted wasn’t in stock and neither the sales associate or her manager knew how to unhook the display ring for me to purchase. They told me only one staff member knew how to do this and when he arrived he would call me. No one called me.

I was not greeted upon entering even though I made eye contact with several employees. If time would have allowed I would've went to another location, but I was going out of town and would not have time to stop elsewhere.

Purchased a new spacer, it’s shiny and new. The sales associate doesn’t even offer to polish the bracelet. She did off to put it in a bag, which I didn’t need. I will not shop at this location again, however I will shop at the Willowbrook location. No matter what I purchase there, they always offer to polish my bracelet.
