The sales associate was amazing but I was waiting in line for a good while when three people walked into the store. 2 african american girls and a Caucasian male. All three started looking at the merchandise rather than waiting in line. the manager who came around the counter to scold the two females about the purpose of the line etc. She took an unnecessarily harsh tone rather than greeting them (also completely ignoring the gentleman walking around). She returns to her area while the girls stand in line and the male continues to walk (passes her) then circles the entire store before leaving. Later a elderly Caucasian woman enters and is greeted very politely by the same woman. As a minority myself I couldn't help to feel that these girls were being racially targeted/mistreated. I am sure they felt disrespectful as paying customers (they did purchase merchandise.) Later the same manager took a harsh tone towards a hispanic sale associate in front of everyone for making a mistake. She was belittling the employee in front of her customer even after she apologized for the error. I'm not sure if this manager needs minority training or simply a lesson in manners.

For a highest level of satisfaction I personally felt that I should have more choices . With Thanksgiving and Christmas few weeks pout , some of the items were not in stock. I felt that the price point is also a little high and thus I am nor highly satisfied fir Value for Money as well.

There were only very limited selection of rings in the size I wanted (size 10)

Didn’t have many sizes in rings that, only had small sizes. Didn’t have many of the selections in the book also

The saleswoman was extremely pushy, but helpful. But I did find the stuff I liked, yet I didn’t see many charms on display, which I would have like to see more off my options

The store was clean and the sales associate was willing to help and was very nice. Nothing was wrong about the store and the merchandise we bought was good.

Clerk initially refused to allow my daughter to try on a SS bangle we are considering purchasing. The manager told him,” Why can’t she try it in?” The manager allowed her to try on the bracelet.

I tried multiple times to order online so I could reduce my time in store. However, all 4 attempts over a period of 3 days were unsuccessful. After entering all of the required information, verifying the order and then clicking "pay" the screen would refresh without actually placing the order. This prohibited me from using an online-only 10% off coupon which is disappointing to say the least. This is a birthday gift and I didn't have the 10 days to wait for free shipping. I mentioned it to the sales associate and she said they were having some website issues.

Had to wait outside 30 minutes in heat yet when next person came the lady let them wait inside near door. Although I understand the precautions but have to treat all guests equally
