My first two choices of bracelet were not available. Much time was spent looking for other options.

We went in a super busy moment, that why the speed in service was slow

The associate was not sure about the product I asked for and just handled me a book with products whenever I asked if they had something.

Too much Covid fussing! Had to wait out in the heat before allowed to enter. This is the only store in this mall that did that!

Friendly knowledgeable staff.

The stock was low. I went in for the new release clips and wasn't able to get them. The only had one in stock. That was very disappointing. That threw off my whole bracelet design plan. The SA did offer to order the original clips, that I had in mind for me though. I declined her offer and went with plan b. So I left somewhat satisfied.

Customer service was great!

The only thing i was not highly stratified with was i felt a little rushed but it could have been just because of COVID restrictions.
