Pandora Jewelry

It was last Sunday night around 5pm and we noticed the previous week that there is now a new Pandora store in La Centerra. So with a last minute Christmas get together sprung on me by my son, I had to find something for his girl, who he told me loved elephants. Went in, your two sales clerks were delightful, a young woman her Assoc #175511 and who I thought was the manager, a young man, were just lovely and so helpful. I managed to get my son's girl a new bracelet and her elephant charm! AND, I got the free promotion of the silver bracelet! All around a highly rewarding visit and mission accomplished gift! Please reward these two associates. They were simply...THE BEST!

The sales associate was so helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly which items I was talking about as I described them and was so quick to retrieve them. He had me laughing and I will definitely be coming back to that location to see him even though it is out of my way.

The store is really clean and nicely put together. The employees were very enlightening and helpful to us. Got everything we were looking for and more.

The product quality was not high quality.

The experience was good. It was just busy of course since it was before Valentine day. It just made it a little more difficult to look around but overall it was fine.

I love the ME line but switching to a different style of bracelet in order to use the charms is wasteful. I am stopping with the rings. I have 5 bracelets I can use with a decent amount of charms, and I lost that option to be "ME" and combine what I already have and love to represent "ME"
