I really love the charms that Pandora offers. The designs are really cute and very casual (yet not too casual). They are really easy to put on a charm bracelet and it looks very fashionable (plus they are easy to collect).

The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The store was very clean, the layout was easy to move from display to display. The temperature was not too cold.
