My sells associate Tami was exquisite. She was welcoming, smiling, friendly and knowledgeable. Tami did not make me feel pressured nor was she pushy with the products. She gave me the shopping freedom and experience I appreciate. Tami listened to me. She was knowledgeable of the store, products and had excellent style. she helped me design a beautiful bracelet that I love and appreciate. The manager at the store continued to attempt to push items that I did not want or need, she interjected several times during my sales experience with Tami and suggested items. I felt she was being pushy and trying to sell items just to make sells. The managers behavior is one I do not enjoy or appreciate as a customer. I understand sales associates need to make sales but the mangers approach needs additional training. Tami would be a great trainer for the company as a exemplary customer service example.
