Pandora at La Centerra in Cinco Ranch was our third stop of the day just for ONE ring. We initially visited the Willowbrook location to swap out a ring with the warranty due to a missing stone. Angelise or Angelisa was the associate that was “helping” us out. She was very abrasive and had absolutely no customer service. She seemed to lack knowledge on the products and policies of the store, and basically gave us no options. She eventually called another store and sent us to the “Katy” location as in Katy Mills...we arrived soon to find out that Pandora in Katy was nonexistent. We ended up contacting the store in Cinco Ranch where Amber, the store manager kindly confirmed the location of the store and held the ring we were looking for. When we arrived, Amber was a great help and also stated that the associate (Angelise/Angelisa) that initially dealt with us was rude when calling the store.

Great service and was able to exchange the bracelet which was too small and add some more charms. The assistant was also kind enough to provide anti tarnish bags for all my bracelets.

Samantha was very helpful in finding what I was looking for. She made sure I was able to look at everything without feeling rushed. The store was very busy!

This was the first time I had ever walked into / purchased anything and to be honest, I had no idea what Pandora was all about. I was just buying a Christmas gift for my wife as she has talked about Pandora for a long time now...So she is aware of Pandora. I want to thank Ms. Tami for making the purchasing experience so easy for a Husband.

Customer service was outstanding! Very helpful and very kind! I will return to this store to purchase more rings. And the prices are not bad at all! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The staff was amazing, as soon as I came in I was greeted and I was told about the promotion going on and I was able to purchase what I was looking for my mother in law and my niece.

Katya was very friendly and knowledgeable about the charms and she was extremely helpful. In fact she sped up my shopping process, I didn't need to be in the store for very long.

Hind was very patient with me. I took along time to make my decisions.
