I really like my massage therapist and the rooms are very relaxing. I think the monthly rates are high and am concerned the therapists do not make sufficient wages. I only tip 20% on the full service and expect H & S to pay fairly.

I always appreciate the welcome at H&S plus the updated, correct information. Also like the knowledge of the treatment specialist and her keeping my history for ever improving treatments.

I would put this massage as one of the best massages I have ever received. I had a gift card and at reception they helped me confirm that gratuity was included and then they suggested that I add on a special service as I had the gift card to cover- I asked what they recommended and suggested the salt stones. They felt soooooo amazing, I was so impressed that Jamie used them on full body and not just my back. The leg- glute stretch was a second favorite of the massage and felt so necessary. I felt so good after that I knew I was going to re-work my budget and make sure I make the drive out to boulder to come back every 3 months. Cannot compliment the reception staff, ambiance, room temperature, and wonderful Jamie enough! Ready to go back asap!

I love Sarah Nelson as a massage therapist and person. If she's happy (and she is), I'm happy. While I drive from Erie, the trip remains worth it due to Sarah plus the facility and its personable ambience.

Brie was wonderful. She was experienced and made my first appt with her relaxing. She provided just the right pressure and feedback on what she was finding with my muscles.
