I truly loved this shopping experience! I went with the intension of looking at the Harry Potter collection, as most pieces are on sale! I already had quite a bit of the collection and so I wanted to see what pieces I could add. Even though the store limits the number of people inside due to Covid, I arrived at a good time as I could walk right in, and a sales associate was available. She was so sweet and helpful. There was a lot of choice, and so I purchased a few! She was also patient and gave me time to make up my mind on which pieces to get. She asked how I would like them boxed/wrapped and I left the store excited about my new pieces. I truly enjoyed myself. A+ experience.

Shernelle the associate that helped was very knowledgeable and friendly. She didn't hesitate to let me know about the offers going on in the store and was able to address some of the concerns I had concerning the product as they were gifts as well as let know about the return policy.

I was immediately greeted upon entrance in the store. An associate was with me within seconds. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The merchandise I was looking for was in store.

Everything was good during this visit, especially the sale associate exchanged my Harry Potter bracelet, which I bought in another pandora store( shop in shop).

I am highly satisfied with the service and friendliness I had an issue with one of my products and they serviced me with politeness and did a great job when doing the exchange. I will keep coming back to pandora peel. I was treated with respect and they handled the exchange and was great service
