I love the charms

Apart from Pandora not having the charm I wanted there was an alternative that I did like. Kayla,the associate I dealt with did all she could do to find what I wanted even checked for a possibility of a charm on sale.

Felt overwhelmed by all the selection but the sales associate was able to guide and facilitate to help find exactly what I was looking for.

The sales associate (Kayla) was very helpful. She offered alternate choices when my first choice of items was unavailable. She took into account the reason for my purchase (anniversary) when making suggestions. She presented me with other items in the set (earrings, ring) to compliment the necklace / pendant item that i purchased

Good quality, a lot of choices, unique pieces of jewelry
