Given the difficult and stressful circumstances the sales associates have to contend with because of the pandemic (i.e., cleaning each station between customers and limiting clients in store, which means customers are waiting in line to enter), the sales associate was nonetheless patient, friendly and cheerful. I did not feel rushed despite the fact that by the time I entered the store it was nearing closing time.
