The knowledge of the associate was very good. She also recommend how to make my bracelet standout. She had shown different ideas on how to wear the bracelet. Also different charms looked like together with the different color's and if they they were dangled or round. She recommended spacers as well. She also mentioned the promotions that were being offered. Which led us to receiving a free bracelet. Also mentioned the the discontinued charms as she noticed I had a Star Wars bracelet. Which then I had purchased one of those charms as well one from the new collection.

Jessica was super. She was kind,soft spoken,very knowledgeable and got my item without hesitation. Having a manager like this lady,brings a high level of professionalism to your already high quality jewellery.
