The sales associate was u friendly, rude and rolled her eyes at us. She seemed very bothered when we asked to try on the bracelet. And she didn’t even wrap our bagS. Just handed it to us with not tissue paper and no ribbon wrapped. Very rude. And I told her. She said. Sorry. With a grin. Worst experience at pandora

i have received a charm for my bracelet from a friend with a gift receipt. so i went to a pandora in carrefour laval to exchange it. one of the two girls was busy with a customer, and the other one pretended not to see me and my mom, and ignored us. so i said hello very loudly, so we told her i have received a gift and we would like to exchange it since it is not my style. she said this is a final sale item, we cannot exchange/return. i said on the GIFT receipt i have, nowhere on it, it says final sale, it says i can return/exchange within 30days. she argued saying i should know the store policy! EXCUSE ME? i do not have to learn every store policy out there, since i have a gift receipt that says i can exchange/return. she was rude and rolled her eyes at my mom & i, and then said i dont feel like arguing, so fine, you can choose wtv you want, i wanna get it over with & told me to change attitude cause she has been working there for 11 years! EXCUSE ME, but it so happen i have a receipt that says i can return/exchange if i want to, & i do not have to learn store policies and will file a complain. never again i will set foot in a pandora store, and warned everyone i know!

Quand je suis entrée il y avait 3 employées qui nettoyaient des bijoux et on m'ignoraient totalement. Quand j'ai été ''finalement servie'' on n'avait pas le produit pour que je voulais et en plus j'ai eu l'impression que je dérangeait...
