The store was somewhat a mess and the merchandise was mixed up they didn’t had a ring size but then they found it in another box!!!

J’aurais espéré un peu plus de souplesse pour un échange d’un achat fait pendant la pandémie, on m’a offert un échange -15%, prétextant que nous avions un rabais sur l’achat de première commande en ligne.....qui est 10% soit disant passant. En plus il n’avait pas de choix, je n’ai pas pu choisir une pièce que je voulais. Jamais je suis ressorti de cette boutique avec mon choix initiale, même en temps normal, il manque toujours beaucoup d’inventaire. Dans ces conditions on a pas envie de revenir, alors on choisi un produit dont on a pas vraiment besoin........

Vendeuse ne semblait pas intéressée à nous servir... J ai demander des modèles de fleurs ( je les connais...) elles ne m a sortie du comptoir que celles visibles .... ne nous a pas proposer d’autres modèles...

When I arrived at the store there was an associate helping a customer. There was another associate who was at a counter next to a door, this associate could see the other associate was busy yet she did not acknowledge me. She stood by the door conversing with another associate who was sitting. I had to wait for the first associate to finish with her customer to help me. This associate was very nice with me, yet I could see she got agitated at one point. Customers were coming in the store and they were not acknowledging them so she looked over at the other two associates and said "guys!" and gestured to the customers. One of the associates then said she was entering a product into damaged and the associate who helped me said she could do that later. In the end, the customers she did not acknowledge walked out. Those two associates were not concerned with serving customers. I had come to purchase gifts to travel with and if my flight was not that night, I would have walked out as well. Not very impressed. Happy with my purchases, that the items were in stock but not happy with the attitudes of the associates.

The store is small and in a packed mall. All the merchandise is in trays that are stacked in the counter. You can't see beyond the first tray. Plus it is difficult to see the first tray while you are waiting because that is where the sales rep is serving the customer before you. The wait to be served would not be so bad if we could at least see the beads and the prices while waiting

The sales associate was very rude. Did not show any interest and was very dismissive. Was ignoring me when I walked in. She looked very unhappy to be there. Overall, made my experience a bad one.

La conseillère n'avait pas l'air très contente de travailler là,aucun sourire,aucunement sympathique,on dirait que je la dérangeais. C'étais ma première visite dans ce magasin et la dernière, je vais continuer à acheter en ligne à la place.

Sabrina R No 230376 m’a servi et je savais exactement ce que je voulais le nouveau coffret. Je lui ai montré une photo et elle est allée rire avec une collègue et ne savait pas où en trouver. J’avais l’impression qu’elle se foutait de ma gueule du début à la fin de ma transaction. Heureusement, une autre jeune fille, qui portait le voile, est venue et elle savait de quoi je parlais. Elle était vraiment sympathique.
