found what I wanted, items in store. did return for an exchange, took 5 minutes and was done. good service. present was appreciated by the receiver as well

I had no problem exchanging a ring that was too big for my finger. It had been a gift and I even exchanged it for a more expensive one. Of course I paid the difference. The sales person was extremely helpful and personable. She knew the produce immediately and when asked for a different model, took no time at all to show me what there was.

I cannot day enough about the service at the store and of one particular employee, Ashely Medeiros! I had gone shopping in a buy 2 get a 3rd free weekend and picked up my 3 items. The next day when I was showing someone my purchases I realized one of the boxes was EMPTY!!! My heart sank and I went back to the store and Ashley was the person who the saleswoman I dealt with referred me too. Ashely was calm and empathetic and when she looked into what I said and saw that the inventory on the system did not match the inventory in store she immediately rectified the situation!! I was extremely stressed and Ashley remained calm and understanding and reassured me that they would help me with my issue! I highly recommend the store and service!!!

I was satisfied but i was a bit upset that the salesperson did not tell me that gift sets were not permitted in the purchase for the promotion that was available this weekend had i known i would have bought some charms instead and gotten the gift set next week

I love pandora!! I own 3 bracelets and keep wanting more and more !! I made recently a bracelet about my father who has past and everything i want they HAVE IT :)!!!

Me and my mother first came in to buy one charm. We ended up buying 3 charms and an extra bracelet. There were a lot of people in the store that day but we still got very fast service. I am going back after 1 week.

I'm really happy with the experience I really enjoyed I didn't think the prices were average and nothing to say about the customer service just waohh

I believe it's a beat over price when you need to add 15% tax on top of the price you pay
