Aya was our fabulous sales associate and I usually do not take the time to complete these surveys but I thought it was imperative that it is know what a fantastic client experience I had with Aya. She was ever so patient, extremely polite, professional and all smiles. Her product knowledge was phenomenal and she made great suggestions! My son and I actually enjoyed our shopping experience. We can see that Aya and staff work very well together and as a client it was greatly appreciated to see everyone in the store was willing to help. I wish Aya much success and advancement in her role as a PANDORA employee. Thank you Aya for all your help!

The woman who helped me find a gift for my mother was super sweet, understood my request and helped me choose different charms for the bracelet I wanted. I told her it was my first time buying that type of bracelet (with charms) and she took the time to explain to me how it works, what's popular, etc. She was very patient!
