I am disappointed that a lot of beautiful merchandise that used to be available is no longer available.As a charm company, you expect to be able to collect a wide variety of charms.

The selection was not the best. One of the charms we bought did not fit. It was a clip but it did not fit the bracelet. We will come back to exchange. But Vanessa has nothing to do with it. She was great!

Seemed short staffed for the holiday. a lot of items sold out. everyone was accommodating and tried their best. staff was helpful

Nada was too friendly at first, upon my purchase she did warm up. I love pandora and I know from past experience that associates are really nice.
