I was welcomed by Karen and JJ. They were extremely friendly, professional, knowledgable and went above and beyond in assisting me. The staff in that location is always helpful. Kudos to the Manager and Assistant Manager for their leadership!

No business is perfect. That leave room to grow Companies get comfortable where they are when they get high praise. My experience could not have been any greater. From my online ordering , to my pick up and buying extra in the store , was great

It would’ve been great if I was able to try the earrings on. Pandora should look into providing that service while maintaining hygiene.

I have purchased many charms from Pandora..I have a clip charm & the clasp is getting weak& sometimes fall off. I was told that I couldn’t get a replacement cause I had it over 1 year. This is disappointing, due to the fact that so much money is spent on these items, there should be a better protection plan in order
