JJ, the employee who take care of me, was beyond nice. I had to come back a second time after i made up my mind and the book she gave me really helped me make my decision. I told my fiancée to go back to this location.

I called ahead and spoke to Hoda. I was looking for three specific charms that were sold out online. When I called, Hoda was very nice and looked for the charms. I showed up to the store within an hour and I was surprised that she put the charms to the side because I didn't ask her to do that. It was very nice of her because I never said I wanted to buy all three, just wanted to look at them. I ended up getting two of the three charms as a gift and then I treated myself to a 3rd charm, plus the 25% was a huge help too.

The Sales Associate, Hend, was very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. I told her what I was looking for and she produced it on the first try. I was very happy with the purchase and the assistance I received.

Everyone makes you feel very welcomed, even when they are busy they acknowledge you so you don't feel ignored. JJ is exceptional she took her time with me so that I could get the perfect gift for my co-worker. I would have liked the store to feel more festive like last year I was somewhat disappointed with that, but otherwise I had another great experience

The employees at pandora were really patient and helpful about answering my questions, and offered me many items to look at. But unfortunately, the store was too small to move around in and made it difficult for me to shop freely due to it being a tight space and not really wheelchair accesible for me.
