Very satisfied. Very helpful and nice sales people. love the bracelet. I spend about $400 in Pandora almost every 3 months. I think I should get a discount because of how much I spend, Just like other stores. Otherwise, always looking to see what pandora is coming out with next.

The sales associate Anani was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge of all products, she also helped me pick out items I didn't expect to purchase but at the end I was super happy with all her help

At the end of January my daughter, who use to be regional manager in retail, shopped for me for the 1st time ever in Pandora, at 34th St, Herald square store (Manhattan) and service was so dissapointing, starting with store manager itself, that she said she’ll never shop anything from Pandora, ever again, not even on line. I liked bracelet she got for me and wanted to get her similar one, so I went to location near our home (86th St in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn) and after my daughters experience, I was positively surprised with service and atmosphere in the store. Girl that was helping someone already, greeted me professionally and Hoda helped me with such a high mannerism and professionalisms that, after I shared my experience with my daughter, she considered going back to this location, only.
