Ariani, was polite, pleasant, patient, and very knowledgeable. I had a great experience in this store. I will definitely return and I've told others about Ariani and how she helped me. She even told me about how I can get my bracelet cleaned. She then asked me to let her clean it for me. She also explained the insurance to me and told me about signing up online to get the last chance charms that may not be available in the store. She was awesome. I wish more sales associates was like her.
