I am always extremely satisfied when shopping at this Pandora because Ariani is very friendly, patient, and highly knowledgeable about everything in the store. Every charm, pendant, necklace, bracelet, and earring I inquired about she explained and located for me. This store is my home. I feel at home with them. The environment is so warm and professional. JJ is super helpful and Tatianna is very accommodating. Ariani along with these other fine associates led by Karen are a great team. I refer everyone to this store. I will always come back here everytime. Even when Ariani is busy I wait for her. I love this team they should teach other associates how to be just as professional as them. They deserve a bonus. Ariani deserves to get paid commission. Each time I come here I spend more money than the last. Today I spent the most since I've been coming here a total of $451.83. I purchased all my Christmas gifts and received 3 free gifts on my purchases. Thank you Pandora and thank you for the team at 407 86th street in Brooklyn, NY. They're my dream team.

Diana the associate helping me, and her associate Hoda were so incredibly helpful. I just started my Pandora Collection last month and was purchasing a starter of the Reflexions collection for my mom and they answered all my questions. They even took the time to show me charms that I might like for the future and wrote down the names for me to be able to share with people who want to buy any for me so that I will be happy with what I receive. All in all an incredible experience.

I just have to say that the employees in the store were absolutely wonderful. Both J.J. and Lisa went above and beyond to help me find the items that my niece wanted for christmas. Just for the customer service alone I definitely will highly recommend Pandora to everyone I know. Thank you for a wonderful experience in a place that sells items that Im not really familiar with.
