It was my first time at a Pandora Store and the customer service was terrific! Tatiana A. knew exactly what I was looking for and took seconds to find it and pull out the items. Very impressionable and very patient. Even after finding out the Sales Reps do not get commission on what they sale, I was surprised she cared so much and let me take my time. I left the store very happy and I will more than likely go back another time to buy more charms.

Diana S was amazing, she was very informative, gave her honest opinion without being pushy, i was shopping with my daughter and Diana S satisfied both our needs and we truly enjoyed our shopping experience. I usually do not write feedback or reviews but felt Diana S deserves recognition.
