Karen and summer helped me find the products that I was looking for and also answered my questions about a previously purchased item that I was having an issue with and Karen took my number down so she could contact me with a resolution great customer service and very friendly!

My Pandora experience was very nice once I walked in the store I was greeted by the extremely kind employees with a very happy attitude. Once I told an employee that I had my eye on a charm I had seven online she was very cooperative and very fast to find the charm. And lastly At the cashier when the employee was explaining how to get into this survey she was very detailed and kind.

I called the store to hold an item for me. When I got there was greeted and taken care of.I was not rushed and my shopping experience pleasant. My salesperson Hoda A was very nice and helpful.
