Everything was great. In the time of pandemic, my safety is my priority. There were only 2 people working, tbey were sanitizing as i walked in, wearing masks. So i felt protected. The service is great as always.

The sales associate Karen did a great job helping find what I want. I recently lost a clip on my bracelet and she checked both in the store and online to see if there's another one for a replacement. She was very helpful and nice.
