I was highly satisfied with my Pandora representative. My jewelry was very tarnished. She was very knowledgeable and explained how I should store my jewelry.

Although I had to wait a bit to get customer service. They were very nice and told me to look around while they helped other customers. When she got to me and helped me out, she was able to get everything I asked for and made it easy to purchase what I liked

Went into the store was greeted by Tattianna who always the first person to help me, usually when I co e in I don't have a clear review what I want she picks out stuff that's very well by style great customer service and patients

karen helped me from the moment I walked in. Helped decorate bracelet. Find the best charms and put it together neatly for me. KAREN ALSO, helped pick out my engagement ring and a small ring for my daughter, ill definitely return!

The employee was very helpful in what I was looking for. She motivated me to buy other jewelry items. And also motivated me to open a card with Pandora.
