The store manager spoke to me like I was a child. The associate who took care of me rushed me thru the process. I will not be back at that store.

My issue is with the return policy and the inability to return an online purchase to the store. Only being able to exchange an online purchase in store would have meant bringing the gift recipient with me, adding to the number of people in the small store, and the current policy meant I had to spend longer in an enclosed space with strangers. It’s a pandemic - please better help protect everyone.

Long wait. People were let inside skipping the line saying that had an appointment. When I asked the manager if an appointment is required to visit the store, she said no but the client who skipped the line and was let inside was just picking something up. Client spent stayed un the store longer than I did. The manager had a hostile attitude. The product in promotion was old and scratched and dirty. And the manager said there were only 2 pieces in stock. Stop sending promotional emails of products that you don’t have in stock and is nothing like the one you are promoting.

Clasp on bracelet was broken. Probably the reason it was in display case. The look on my girl's face when it fell apart in her hand was extremely disappointing

Was not greeted by staff. No one acknowledged me had to get their attention. Extremely long wait time and process due to a down system. Was told I should have came earlier and it would have been an issue to use my debit card gift cards.

I went for a pick up order and they couldn’t find my order and continued to question me if my order was really in that store and did I really get a email confirmation of my store pick up being ready. This was a gift my son picked out for Mother’s Day and I was really upset than when I went to pick something else all of a sudden they found my order it was so disorganized and so upsetting. It happened at the bayridge location in Brooklyn I will never go back to that one again!

I went to the store at 407 86th st Brooklyn to pick up my online order, but end up i dislike the itme and want to return it. The manager(Allie L)said they can’t return the item since i just pick it up. She told me i need to come back another day to do the return because that’s how their system is. She give me hard time and show no respect with an annoying face, she even show me that she didn’t want to talk/take care me. With this type of service i will 100% not coming back to shop here or even online in this company. And i will 100% tell all my fds not to shop here.
