It was the beginning of a promotion and only two workers. No control of who was to be next. No knowledge of items. Had to show photo of what I needed. First ring given to me was missing a stone. Sizes not available I still purchased half size bigger and one size bigger now have to return because way too big. I was rushed during purchase even though I had other things in mind to purchase. Bracelet purchased is damaged so have to return as well. Basically my whole purchase will be returned. This was the worst pandora experience I have ever had. I always go to the one in NYC and never had a problem. It’s sad because this location is the one closest to my home.

The cashier asked if I needed a receipt of the original receipt when I was done because I made a exchange,I said no but when I went outside and though about it I went back in to get a copy and they wouldn’t make me a copy. They just told me to take a picture of it. I felt like that is very rude.

The sales agent was very pushy. I've told her I was looking to purchase a gift and the price was set at max of $80. Ask her to how me around to see what bracelets were available. Her response was "why don't I give you a book and you look at the catalog till you find something you like then let me know and then I can show you" her demeanor was not welcoming. Liked something the store didn't have in stock asked if she can find the closest location that has it so I can travel there. She said " No, CAN'T heck for you, you have to check yourself -- go on google in your phone and look up the number and call them" WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THAT? NOT HELPFUL - at that point I just purchased whatever was there and will now be going to the 42nd Street location to exchange.

The sales associate ignored me and tried to give me a hard time on my exchange when everything was accurate. I waited there for long time with nobody saying hi or tell me to wait on the side if they were busy with other customers

Aside from a purchase, asked to exchange a gift (rope bracelet too small) but was refused -told not resalable! Clasp is tarnished which IS A PRODUCT problem!

Yesterday I was told about the bracket promo. The manager made it seem it only for Pandora card holders. I understand there is a quota and teams are expected to push the cards. However I don’t have a CC and didn’t want to apply. When I read my email there was not such requirement, I am a club member. As a customer this makes me feel like I can’t trust the information being given. I have purchased 5 charms within the last 3 days, all for gifting. To top it off when I tried to place the order online at home I could not, my order wouldn’t process. I tried again this morning however the promo is now over. This is disappointing, and most of all doesn’t feel good as a customer.

when i walked in they said hello by noone came to help. theb another customer walked in and they went to help her. seems like i was a second class citizen..making me wait around..
