My Pandora credit card account was closed for no apparent reason AND I was not notified of this prior to my visit to the Pandora store. So I could not pay using my Pandora credit card.

I think the store is not spacious enough. In order to keep customers safe from COVID19, customers had to wait outside while others shopped. The weather was not pleasant for outside waiting and once inside, I felt a bit rushed and with good reason as the line outside was pretty large. Maybe it’s because people were out shopping for Mother’s Day, and during any normal occasion, my experience would have been great. So take this feedback with a grain of salt.

The staff was more focused on chatting with each other rather than being available for their customers. I got interrupted several times while I was talking, and no one even apologized. However, the staff was very pushy and focused on me when they tried to convince me to buy more producta to participate in one of their promotions.

Felt like the sale person just wanted to make a sale and get me out. Felt like leaving with out the merchandise but really wanted to get it and not wait for it to deliver it from home.
