The Pandora store was very clean and the people working there were very friendly. Mariah was amazing and i feel i will always go to her for any of my future purchases. I did not have any problems. Never the less this is my first time going to that specific location. Saying I was Highly satisfy will leave no room for improvement and I will like continue to build a relationship with this Pandora location and specially having Mariah help out with my Pandora needs and suggestions.

When you enter Pandora and the sales associates are assisting customers. If two (or more) people walk in one behind the other, whomever walks in first should be next to get assistance when a associate is free. But, often times, it's the luck of the draw who is helped first. Often leaving people waiting longer to make a purchase.

Sale was fine, walked in and walked out with a $50 pisce I decided to choose right off the back, sales person was ok Seemed quiet or rather tired perhaps. Hope to catch some new good deals

This visit I was satisfied, I just think if I don't have access to a book I really can't see all of the available selections, and my last visit about a week ago a few of my first selections were not available

The person attending me didn’t really give me a choice to which earrings I had wanted to look at. I sort of felt restricted to my choices and had to choose from the few that she picked out for me. It would have been better if she had shown me a variety of earrings so I could narrow them down to the ones I liked.

The store is located at pretty good location, easy access, but it's a tiny store and in Holliday's season I think that the store could have two or three more sales assistant. Yesterday I experienced unusual wait line to get my wife's and Aunt gifts, and I decided to leave and come back today on morning before get to work but due a hard traffic inside of the store I could get only one gift. I might get my Aunt a gift from somewhere else I feel kind of done with my purchases at PANDORA for the year. The associates at these location were just awesome, no complains about, because even on rush they were very helpful, but extra help would be appreciated I already knew what I was getting.

I bought almost $200 worth of disney pandora at the times square store & should have recieved a pandora disney crossbody bag. I wasn't. When I went to exchange a charm at the 34th street store I asked if I could get one since the stores are linked but was told no, I could spend ANOTHER $150 if I wanted it.

Overall it was a decent experience but during this time you have to wait for assistance. I feel there should be a centralized area to check to wait for assistance. I had to wait for someone just to put my name on the waiting list. However my sales associate, Chelsea was a great help in providing me with choices and helping me chose the right charms for my wife.
