It is not because of the store I love the in person experience it was the merchandise not going past a certain size I have chunky hands so my ring options were limited to small amount and unfortunately they were not very appealing all the rings I was interested in buying which were about 7 I couldn’t purchase because they were too tight and small to fit my fingers

Overall I felt the store was too crowded, and lacked associates to help the amount of customers in the store. With it being a small store browsing should be kept to a minimum. As I waited by the door for about 7 minutes before an associate was free to assist me with my exchange and purchase.

The sales woman was absolutely disgusting she was very uninterested and wasn’t a help AT ALL. It was very frustrating and I feel her service does not reflect your company

I was unhappy about the fact that no mention was made about upcoming sales. The display of charms was hard to see unless the sales person shared it w me.

I commented about a problem with a past purchase and sales associate or manager not sure which one it was said that probably my item was defective. Therefore I asked her if I was able to exchange it and she said no.

I came into the Store to exchange my Bracelet but because my name wasn’t in the system (because it was a Christmas Gift) the Young lady said there’s nothing that I can do for you. I was in the System with all of my Transactions except for that particular bracelet. That’s it! That’s All? It wasn’t until the Manager came out from the back and said If she’s not in the system. She can still get 30% Off etc etc WOW! She was ready to dismiss me. The
